Solar Power Solutions is actively hiring a sales team to find, qualify and advise potential customers on the benefits of going solar.

Required Qualifications:

* Experience with solar electric installation, design, or sales a PLUS! ...............REQUIRED..............
* Experience performing financial and solar calculations
* Renewable Energy Certifications welcomed
* Proven track record of in-home/business sales
* Technical sales experience............................................................................REQUIRED..............
* Some understanding of general construction
* Ability to read, understand, and edit electrical and structural plans
* Excellent customer service skills and experience
* Four-year college degree ............................................................................REQUIRED..............
* Reliable transportation

Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Sales of residential and commercial solar electric systems
* Prospecting for and qualifying leads
* Conducting site surveys for potential customers, rough system design
* Closing deals and signing contracts
* Analysis of customers’ electrical usage
* Communicating with project manager regarding system design
