Job Description:

Job Function:

We are a solar PV manufacture looking for Experienced Sales that will develop commercial PV system projects, new OEM customer leads, New Commercial Development. Responsibilities will include developing and maintain positive sales relationships with existing customers and identify potential new customers.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to create / develop new customers primarily through their own independent activities including cold calls, existing business networks and other sales and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop support and distribution OEM sales channels as required.
Assist in the development of the corporate sales strategies.
Identify and develop qualified new customers and manage existing customers.
Initiate sales correspondence and consultative sales process.
Establishing product requirements generated by OEM customers.
Prepare and present professional proposals to new and existing customers
Close sales and support customers on any product needs.
Project folders and detailed administrative functions required
Maintain client contacts
Represent the company at marketing events such as Trade Shows, Sector events, conferences, and other functions as required
Meet quarterly/ annually sales goals
Attend meetings as required
Perform all duties within the guidelines set by the company policy
Perform continuous market analysis required

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in OEM for Industrial PC or PV, Renewable energy, and construction related industries preferred
Excellent understanding of the solar industry, including technology, costs and savings opportunities including incentive programs
Must have strong PC skills and experience with MS Office.
Must be Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
Effectively communication across cultures and at all levels of organization.
Self-motivated, independent, results oriented, performance and business driven mindset.
Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills.
Competent in assessing customer needs, building relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing required. Master Degree preferred
Any 2nd Language is preferred
