The offices of Gold Shield Realty Group of Temecula and Big Bear Lake are aggressively seeking agents to work our Short Sale and on-line lead generation programs. We are a forward looking company that is not afraid to adapt to the rapidly changing market conditions. We have a large marketing campaign in place and do not charge franchise or admin. fees. Our only fees are 100.00 file audit fee and 110.00 E&O per transaction. We offer a very competitive commission structure designed for rapid advancement. We have a constantly evolving technology and training dept. that is second to none.

Our parent company, Wholesale Mortgage Source is a large lender in the Temecula area and provides agents with the ability to form relationships with in-house lenders. We are also seeking Loan Officers for our Mortgage dept.
