Job Description:

Sequence is currently seeking to a Business Development / Sales Manager for BPO Sales of Document Management Services.

The Business Development Manager will act as the rainmakers for the organization's national Business Process Outsourcing Division for document management services. Responsible for identifying, targeting and marketing business process outsourcing (BPO) services specifically to the healthcare, real estate, financial, environmental, pharmaceutical and public sector markets as related to Document Management Services.

This individual will be playing a key role within the organization to solidify business opportunities with executive “C" level client representatives in Fortune 100/500 organizations. Leading the sales life-cycle in identification, prospecting, scoping, developing proposals, fostering relationships and closing multiple BPO deals simultaneously throughout the nation.

Position requires 5+ years of experience in selling Business Process Outsourcing Services to Fortune 100/500 organizations. Candidates must have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure integration, as well as the information and document life-cycles from creation to use to storage.

Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. Possess a strong desire to grow a national marketplace territory and work for one of the largest BPO firms in the world. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
