Job Description:

Alarm Management Facilitator for Abalto Ltd

Candidates for this position must fulfill requirements below:

Responsibility:

To be fully conversant with Alarm Management methodology and standards.

Have people skills to enable maximizing the team members participation in a structured manner.

To have the ability of compiling alarms database, group, classify, review, prioritize and evaluate alarms.

To be able to set alarm management performance measures

To be able to review and assess PAS system limitation and capability prior to alarm management workshop.

To have knowledge of HEMP Process, Risk Assessment Methodology and Risk Reduction utilizing these in alarm management.

To be able to compile and issue Alarm Management implementation plan.

To have the ability to compile technical close-out report and draw out implementation plan.

Experience:

At least 10 years of professional experience in Instrumentation, Control and Automation systems and technology.

To have conducted Alarm Management as a Facilitator in Oil & Gas industry.

Qualifications:

BSc or BEng or equivalent degree in Control Systems, Instrumentation, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics or Computer Science or equivalent degree in relevant major.
