Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

v Using established guidelines, verifies information based on client requests regarding the assigned specialized service(s).

v Spends more than 90% of time placing outbound calls and internet research for verifications.

v Examines various records such as statements, applications, authorizations, computer printouts, and correspondence when verifying information.

v Converses or corresponds with clients, vendors and internal personnel when verifying and responding to inquiries.

v May be required to maintain current knowledge of databases, equipment software and applications used internally and used by the clients.

v Enters updated data into computer systems.

v Keeps marketing and management personnel informed of client problems and resolutions.

v Recognizes improper or incomplete data related to the client request, makes adjustments in compliance with the state and federal laws and organizational policies and procedures

v May prepare specialized reports for clients and management.

v Calculates credit/debit due, price adjustments, etc.

v May be responsible for billing adjustments and must be knowledgeable in internal accounting policies and procedures to administer adjustments.

v Performs other duties as required.

v Adherence to company policies and procedures.

v Adherence to applicable fair credit reporting & other related applicable laws & regulations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

v Work requires a high school level of knowledge of several subjects in order to prepare reports, perform calculations, keep records, and/or deal effectively with other people.

v At least six months client service experience required.

v Internet Proficiency

v Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office preferred.

v Keyboard skills of 30 wpm preferred.

v Strong oral/written communication skills are required when interacting with clients.

v Simple problem solving required.

v Able to work overtime as required by Management.
