Green MaidWorks ™ was founded in 1985 by Paul and Sheri Kaplan. Paul and Sheri were both school educators in Los Angles, California. Sheri owned a pre school while Paul had tenure instructing art and physical education at the intermediate level. Deciding in 1985 during the peak of the recession, Paul and Sheri came to the conclusion that a new healthy life style locating them on the east coast, coupled with their vision of providing core values would drive the desire for family change. They sold their home, business and packed all of their belongings to travel across the United States. Two weeks later after exploring our great country, they reached their final destination Fairfax, Virginia. Facing the recession in 1985, Paul was made aware that a hiring freeze in education in Prince William County was in full effect. The teaching position once offered to him was placed on a temporary hold. Forced with no job, a dependant family and of course our loving pets, Paul and Sheri conceived of the idea of starting a maid service. They both have strived to create an organization which continues to educate individuals through knowledge of health, equality, sustainability coupled with honest hard working American values. With their tremendous work ethics and strong desire for inspiring people to live healthier, happier lives, they pursued success.

Job Description:

We are seeking to hire an Area Supervisor and a Team Leader and a 100% Commisions Sales Associate. We are looking to fill these positions ASAP!!! If you have experience in cleaning, health care, hotel or hospitality or management or enjoy seeing results and are willing to work hard and make an honest earning, we want to hear from you. We are only looking for the best. For the Area supervisor position or Team Leader, must be a good leader, bi-lingual, good phone and customer communication skills, follow instructions from start to finish, be self motivated, good written skill, must know basic computer skills and be a team player.
